TERMS OF SERVICE FOR MUEXP GAME

IMPORTANT: This is a private, non-commercial project supported by the community. We are not a company, commercial entity, or legal person.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1. Welcome to MuExp – a private MuOnline server (hereinafter referred to as the "Server" or "Game"). The Administration ("We", "Administration") provides access to gaming services and functionalities.

1.2. By registering an account, logging into the game, or using the website, you ("User", "You") confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Registration and Account Security

2.1. To play, you must create an account with a valid email address.

2.2. You bear full responsibility for protecting access to your account:

  • - Do not share your password with anyone
  • - Use a strong and unique password
  • - Log out of your account when using shared devices or locations

2.3. The Administration is NOT responsible for stolen accounts, loss of virtual items, or progress due to compromised login credentials.

3. Game Rules and Prohibited Actions

3.1. To ensure fair and stable gameplay, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • - Use of bots, macros, automatic scripts, or "clickers"
  • - Exploiting game errors (bugs) for personal gain
  • - Use of modified or unofficial clients
  • - Attacks against the server infrastructure (DDoS)
  • - Trading accounts, characters, items, or currency for real money outside the server's official system

3.2. Violations lead to sanctions at the Administration's sole discretion, applied according to the severity of the offense, including: warning, temporary ban, permanent ban, progress reset, and removal of virtual items or credits.

3.3. Duty to report bugs and exploits: If you discover any bug, exploit, error, or vulnerability in the game, you MUST report it to the Administration through the official channel within 24 hours of discovering it. Using it, abusing it, keeping it secret, or sharing it with others is itself a serious violation and is punished according to the severity of the offense. All decisions of the Administration regarding violations are final and are not subject to discussion or appeal.

4. Virtual Credits and Rewards

4.1. What virtual credits are: WCoinC, WCoinP and Goblin Points are purely VIRTUAL, in-game values that exist only inside MuExp. They are NOT real money, NOT a currency, NOT electronic money or a financial instrument, and they have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or for any real-world asset.

4.2. How credits are obtained: Virtual credits are earned mainly as REWARDS - through automatic in-game events and through events organized by the Game Masters. Any voluntary support a player chooses to give in order to help keep the project running is a donation, not a purchase; any credits granted in return are only a token of gratitude and remain purely virtual.

Because virtual credits are not a purchase and have no real-world value, every grant of credits, items, or bonuses is FINAL. It is non-refundable and is not subject to appeal, dispute, or chargeback.

4.3. If you wish to make a one-time voluntary donation to support the project, please contact us using the official email address below. This channel is intended for genuine support only; frivolous or joke requests will not be processed.

5. Privacy and Personal Data

5.1. Data We Collect: We collect minimal data necessary for server operation: email (for account), username, encrypted password, IP address (for security), game progress.

5.2. Voluntary support and financial data: Any voluntary support is processed directly and securely by external, third-party payment providers. We do NOT collect, see, or store your banking or card details - they remain within the provider's own secure system. Support is one-time and voluntary; there are no automatic recurring payments, subscriptions, or hidden fees.

5.3. Data Use and Sharing: Your data is used ONLY for: account management, transaction processing, communication for important announcements, server protection. We NEVER sell, distribute, or provide your personal data to third parties for marketing or other purposes. Data may be provided ONLY upon official legal order from competent authorities.

5.4. Your Rights: You may request information about your stored data, its correction, or deletion of your account (which leads to permanent loss of progress) by contacting us.

6. Liability and Service Provision

6.1. The server is provided without any guarantees for quality or uninterrupted operation. Interruptions, errors, or data loss may occur.

6.2. We are not liable for losses arising from: interruptions, technical issues, data loss, actions of third parties, or your own errors.

6.3. We reserve the right at our discretion to: Stop or restart the server for maintenance, Change settings, balance, content, and game rules, Discontinue the service at any time.

7. General Provisions

7.1. We may update these Terms of Service. The current version will always be available on this website.

7.2. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the MuExp Administration regarding the use of the server.

7.3. If any provision is declared invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
