Bound (locked) items

What the padlock means

A 🔒 padlock on an item means it is bound to your account. Most gift, pack, event and reward items are bound.

You CAN

  • Wear it, use it and upgrade it normally.
  • Move it between your own characters (personal storage / vault / mail on your own account).

You CANNOT

  • Trade it to another player.
  • Sell it to a shop.
  • Drop it on the ground or give it away.

Why they are bound

They come from donations, packs, events and rewards. Binding keeps the reward with the person who earned or bought it, and stops scams and reselling.

Class and level requirements still apply as usual — a class-specific item is worn only by that class. “Bound” is separate from the class restriction.
